Self Service portal - Due to our move to the new global company the legacy NeedIT Help is moving to the new NTTDATA MEA Self Service which is part of the new Global offering.

The new Portal has many more features that will enhance your call logging experience.
We will communicate with your management team to share impact of the change and enhancements with you.

What is happening now while changes are happening?

We unfortunately need to disable the legacy system due to technical back office changes that will be applied on 1 June 2024.

In the Interim - To Log a ticket you can click on one of these links: When we switch you to the new MEA SSP what happens?

When you have tested and happy with your new SSP (Self Service Portal) you will be given the new link. You will be shown the differences and enhancements

The email is sent to the SAME desk team that currently picks up your tickets and will address the ticket in the same way to ensure they are quickly routed to the correct teams.

We apologise for any inconvenience during the change over, but will assure you of our best support.
